First Responder Wellness, Resiliency & Expansion Program
ON-SITE OR VIRTUAL 1-ON-1 SESSIONS FOR INDIVIDUALS provided weekly, monthly, or quarterly
Is your agency walking the talk when it comes to employee wellness?
This program provides individualized, confidential sessions, focusing on taking the individual from where they are to where they want to be, whether it’s working through conflict, decision-making, weight loss, stress, promotions, or transitions. It also strengthens the inner leader with tools, exercises, and demonstrations.
Employees leave feeling differently than when they came in and with tools and techniques to use moving forward.
These 1-on-1 sessions include education on the neurophysiological effects the profession has on the mind, body and emotional responses while increasing motivation, energy, sleep, communication and strengthening relationships.
Integrated modalities such as performance coaching, Brainspotting, neuroscience concepts, mental imagery, and critical incident stress management tools are used.
This is the same mental skills training used with elite and professional athletes; why not grow the minds and wellness of your staff?
This is not therapy or counseling. It is an incredible opportunity to move employees forward with dynamic performance coaching, a solution-focused approach, leadership building, goal setting, and taking the employee from dysregulation to regulation and finding balance.
Choose to provide employees with the opportunity 1x per week, per month, per quarter and receive a digital flyer with the dates and times and a link for employees to sign up directly on the website. The employer receives the number of employees who used the services, and the rest is confidential.
