Aspire Winning Edge works on-site (in a classroom, on the field, on the court, in the rink, in the gym, etc.) with teams and/or individual athletes for a sport season as requested with virtual sessions available. Video review with athlete/teams can be requested to build the mental and emotional components of performance, not the technical- that is left for the coaches).
Various modalities including Brainspotting, HeartMath, Motor & Visual Imagery, and Performance Coaching will be employed to meet the stated goals of the team coach(es).
