Written to provide athletes the tools, principles, exercises and examples, each chapter provides a question, an answer, an exercise and 'A piece of my story', a small example of how the author used the information in her life. The second half of the book, Book Two is called, Anchor Greatness: It isn't what you do, it's who you are, is an autobiographical account expanding on the stories, tools, experiences and transformations cited in the first half of the book.

The activities and questions found in Reinforce Your Anchor of Greatness are included in the workbook with plenty extra room to write down answers. You can use the workbook from start to finish, or pick out a chapter you wish to focus on. Answers will change as you develop and have new experiences; once the book or a section is completed, don't stop there, see your growth by answering the questions again a few months later!
