(Castorian Overdurf Advanced Coach Hypnotherapy) Certification.
In the late ’90s, Jessica suffered an on-duty injury and was off work for 18 months, undergoing numerous surgeries. Jessica returned to work and was driven to provide first responders a way to shift their energy, heal and strengthen the mind and body to recover faster and stronger with less frustration and more motivation and energy.
As a 4-year, 12-season athlete in high school playing volleyball, basketball, softball, and soccer, she was on the 1988 Illinois Prairie State Bronze Medal basketball team and earned the Most Distinguished Athlete of the Year award by the United States Marines. Jessica had one goal, to get a full-ride scholarship, and after playing on a Junior College team for two years, she didn’t reach that goal. It wasn't statistics preventing colleges from offering a ride; it was her character, playing with too much energy and emotion, that closed the door. Athletes must find a balance between physical and Mind-Emotion Energy during a performance. It isn't about what you do, it's about who you are! Jessica provides athletes, teams, and first responders with the tools, choices, and knowledge to push their performance to the next level, overcome trauma/injuries and get from where they are to where they want to go.
Jessica is a High School Basketball coach, loves to perform improv, provide interactive seminars, and is driven by a challenge.
